There could be some rules, these rules won’t limit us but these rules will allow us to uplift more easily and more smoothly towards our journey. So we will see them later.

I want you to ask yourself, “What was the first question I asked?” I will tell you the answer soon, but I want you to find it, this will bring something yours towards you. The last question which is asked by every Enlightened person is “WHO AM I?”. Now another question will arise that if this is the last question then what will happen after this? Will no question arise after this? Will life end after this? Will I find god after this? And so on. Before answering that I would like you to do a thing, take some sugar and eat it, and then drink anything, you won’t find it sweet, right? Why? Does that mean the drink is no longer sweet? No, it is still sweet but you have found something sweeter than the drink. In the same way, questions will come to you even after you find the answer, but they won’t be able to shake you, they will come and go and you will automatically find the answer for it.

So have you found your first question? The question was “What is this?” this is the first question any child asks from a teacher or parent or from himself. Did you notice something inside you? The same feeling of exploration that we used to have during our childhood. Our whole life is a journey from “What is this?” to “Who am I?”.

What would be our first step towards the question, and the answer is “Meditation”. Ahh, a word we have heard a lot. Did you ever wonder why so many people are talking about it? And what does that mean? We will explore its meaning in many directions. First of all, in Sanskrit it is called “Dhyana“, it consists of two words, DhayiandAna. There are many definitions for both of them. But I will say that we don’t need to see them all, that’s why we will see the simple and exact meaning here, I will tell you a technique which is also derived from these two words. “Dhayi” means focus or better to say to be with something( I am not using focus because when we focus on something we have to apply energy and we have to concentrate, but meditation is just the opposite. Meditation is for gaining energy and calm by deconcentrating) and “Ana” means the process of breath. So the word meditation means ” To be with the process of breath”. And yes that is also a part of the technique.

Technique:

Before exploring technique, I would like to say something, my friend do you believe that before your birth the earth and other things were there, and after your death, these things will continue? Let’s suppose a person is living in Africa, do you think he would be concerned about you, even a bit? No, and by having the same feeling for only 5 minutes I want you to perform this technique, and this is the only rule for this technique. You have to leave everything, just for 5 minutes, because in those 5 minutes everything will be the same except you because after 5 minutes you will feel something changed inside you ( I don’t want to share any experience because when we listen to any experience, we try to have the same, but in this technique, we don’t want any used thing, we want to have our own experience, so drop every concept you had about meditation for 5 minutes, trust me it will be worth it).

Now the technique is let sit where you are and have a comfortable setting, move your body a little bit if you find any discomfort because during the technique it is recommended to sit still ( you can take support of the wall). You can also pop and drop your shoulders and your body and sit without any stiffness, and be still. Now take two long breaths and let them come out automatically don’t force them to come out as the air from the balloon comes out, your breath will also come out. After 2 repetitions. Just analyze your breath, just feel it, don’t focus on it. The breath will continue you just have to feel it gently. And that’s it ( You can also add reminders). At the start, you may feel to stop the technique and leave it, but as it will end automatically just sit for 5 minutes, believe me, it will bring some changes in you.

Comment your experiences. And I will also post something new soon
